Seems to me the simple solution is to take the TIDE Database and rename it as the No-Fly/No-Visa list. There are no inherent rights to visit the United States. If someone gets on the list they don't get to come here. It is up to the individual to prove he isn't a threat to the US. Stop pandering to everyone and protect us as is the constitutional duty of those sworn to protect the citizens of the United States.

Transportation Security Agency should change its name to Fedeal Aviation Transportation Agency Security Service so they can rightfully wear FATASS on their jackets! It is much more fitting for the quality of work they do.
