Wrong, like so many of these self-important idiot-savant pundits are, about immigration. Since when is enforcing the law an "extremist position." Yet that's all Romney was talking about when he summarized it as "self-deportation": Once illegal aliens know we're serious about enforcing our immigration laws, they'll respond to that (dis)incentive. For many of them, that means leaving. It works every time its been allowed to work, going back to the 1950s.

What would ether Santorum or Gingrich have done about illegal immigration? Remember what they said about it and what they'd do? I agree, and said so myself, that pundits all, should shut the h--L up and mind their own business! I attribute Romney's loss more than anything to motor mouth pundits! Really ticked at Fox News's "Fair and Balanced" too! Think back, just what did/does fair and balance accomplish? Just nothing more than people arguing, shouting each other down, and same old problem is never solved!
First things first.

Many a pundit, such as yours truly, wrote columns explaining the fact that so many polls in the presidential election were skewed in the direction of Democrats and thus not reliable. And while a poll I conducted in the decidedly "red state" of Georgia very accurately showed Mitt Romney enjoying a stronger result than John McCain in '08, my last poll of Florida -- like that conducted by another pollster for two other Florida newspapers, showing Romney winning comfortably in Florida -- was off. That hurts, because in 2008 it was on the money.

There used to be...
