One Big Failure

It is the same story with the Republicans in the media (columnists & talk show hosts) circling the wagon around Mitt Romney & causing distraction by pointing the fingers everywhere - except at the weak MA moderate we put up! Did Romney go pedal to the metal on Obamacare & make a case on how it will affect the common man? How about the Bengazhi issue? Did he directly question Obama about his spending & paint a picture of how Obama's spending will affect every child in the future (that might have narrowed the gender gap!). Forget all these, did he speak eloquently about conservatism...guess not, because, Romney is NOT a conservative & does not believe in them. It is funny all these experts are looking for excuses everywhere else!

Of all sad words of tongue or pen, the saddest of these: It Might Have Been." --John Greenleaf Whittier

The pundit world will now eviscerate Mitt Romney, a man who, had he garnered just a few hundred thousand more votes in a few key districts, would have been hailed as political genius. Instead, his every fault will be examined, his mistakes magnified and his defeat decreed to be, in retrospect, inevitable.

Romney was not my first choice. I had been hoping for Indiana Governor Mitch Daniels. But in the course of the long campaign, I had come to admire Romney immensely....
