To "not pay taxes" requires spending a LOT of money instead, money that either goes to charities, to create jobs, or that's invested in crucial infrastructure, benefiting millions of individuals. So, it's really a delusion that some "rich" people don't pay taxes. They just bypass the government to do so.

My husband was an accountant and he did the taxes for many millionaires and they all paid a lot of taxes. Who are these so called millionaires who don't pay taxes? I haven't met one that does not pay taxes and a lot of them.
