It is one thing for blacks to say they support Obama but it is another thing for them to actually go out of their way to vote for him considering his lousy record. Romney will swing the black vote enough to pull off a substantial victory if he puts West on the ticket and employs black surrogates to go on an all out attack on Obama and his record. He needs to employ a high profile black spokesperson to do what he cannot do.
