Republicans can win enough of the black vote to win in 2016 if they have an all minority (black and Hispanic) presidential ticket and the presidential campaign has a black campaign manager. Perhaps it will only be impossible to "convince the large majority of American Blacks that it is the Democrats that are suppressing them" if one has a defeatist attitude.

Rubio will not only win in 2016 but he will ensure that the Senate and House are solidly in the GOP column. Hopefully the GOP will realize that a picture is worth a 1000 words and run an all minority presidential ticket. The MSM and Democrats will still paint Republicans as racist but running an all minority presidential ticket will get the GOP the most effective advertisement to the low information minority voters to date. This will give the GOP enough of the minority voting bloc to swing the election. Remember the GOP only has to increase their percentage of the minority voting bloc a little to win.
