The only cases I have ever seen are where some poor person thinks there is easy money to be had by suing a doctor. We need loser pays and limits of awards to limit lawsuits. What a lawyer can make from these cases should be greatly reduced. When the people really found out what Obamacare was going to be they wouldn't want it but it would be too late and it would be to big to dismantle.Simple measures that show common sense are always the better way to go.
