Maybe people ought to be able to spend, reinvest, save, grow their company before the government spends the money they EARNED for them? Now the country is so in debt the government has spent our grandchildrens earnings. Why would Obama's administration want to scare buisness out of America like California scared buisness out of its state?

I believe Obama pontificates as he does beacuse he is out of his element. He is "a community organizer" and out of his league. He does not want to tackle the tough stuff. Wars, economy, foreign relations, ecological disasters, regulation, even legistation are all too tough for him. Religion come on, forget about it. Whenever they come up he goes on vacation and relegates it to others. Too bad he isn't any good at picking staffers either (think Bush staff, better yet Washington's staff). Obama is your typical academic; big on ideas that don't actually work. That's why he's so intimidated by the likes of Palin, Romney, Bewer, Daniels, Jindal, Pawlenty, Perry (I'm trying to think of a Democrat but those Governors are too busy...

Why Eric Holder Will Not Last

Holder is a buffoon but wasn't this the one area Obama was suposed to have any experience in, Constitutional Law? Obama didn't have any executive experience, little legislative experience, no managerial experience he was supposed to be a Constitutional Law professor and Holder (his appointee) keeps making Obama look bad. How are we supposed to trust his Judicial appointees?

Outsourcing Government

I agree with the premise but privatizing Police? Does any one way Police working for profit? Writing citations for profit? Arrests for profit? I don't think so. Government should provide Life, Liberty and Pursuit of Happiness. Law enfocement and defence (military) are priority one. After that it becomes more fair game.

Read the WIKIPEDIA page on Energey Task Force not sure what it has to do with this article. Since it is still "secret" doubt you have any more insight than I do. How many of the oil catastrophes did we have under Bush? Can't remember one. Maybe the task force was working? Obama comes into to office and we have the worst oil spill in history. Did he disband the tasck force? Don't know but he sure didn't regulate like he should have. For something relating to this article may I refer you to Jonah Goldbergs: Liberal Fascism: The Secret History of the American Left, From Mussolini to the Politics of Meaning

Bob A. Yea, I can buy off the Fascist correlation. Did you even read Goldberg's book? The MSM by all accounts are the propaganda arm of the socialist/communist liberal left from getting elected to promoting his agenda. The Obama regime is destroying the constitution in a similar way as Hitler would using MSM to do it. Using the unions and acorn as blackshirts(Musolini) and brownshirts(Hitler) and giving them tax dollars to do it. Oh and that reminds me the state owned education system! Indoctrinating our childern like Hitler youth signing his praises as the system brainwashes the students. The ones that stay in school that is. While the schools fail to teach the three R's. Even the kids that drop out further the fascis...

Sadly Lon is too correct. Goldberg, who I normally agree with, is looking though rose colored glasses. People don't look past their own noses. If the common voter really looked at what is happening the USA would still resemble a federal constitutional republic practicing free marcket capitalism and independent liberty resembling something close to what the founding fathers initiated. Instead the voter is sitting back moving with the current. Currently we are a socialist republic heading downstream toward communism. As the common American accepts more and more government "assistance" at the price of liberty and freedom. I am afraid America will not wake up from this slumber until our children forget what liberty is, toil in...
