And to continue, do we really want drivers on drugs the same as drunk drivers? Other than much less criminal activity with drugs, what about the physical effects on people, especially youth? They can't handle drugs and alcohol physically as well as adults, and what is the human cost there? How many rapes and consentual sex is because the people were not in control? If it were possible everyone to use these substances moderatly here would be no problems, but until then it seems to be difficult to use one set of problems to justify making another set. It will take very wise people who can see both sides. I hope we find them.
