You are joking right? Bush 41 was faced with dire economic projections, forced to deal with an economy that Reagan had left him with plummeting revenues and exploding deficits. Bush was a victim of that economy and was a one-term President as a result.
Explain to me how exactly Clinton benefited from that, and "rode the coat tails (sic)" of a one-term President?
