When my Grandmother was on medicare in the 80's I observed then that it might be more helpful if there was a prescription program for it is a runaway train and my friends all get notes from medicare on what is no longer going to be covered. This medicare program started in 1965 which put grandchildren contributing to their granparents healthcare. If the government can't run SS and Medicare what make us think they can run the total healthcare sytem ---arguing with an insurance company, try arguing with the government.
