When someone dies because of delays or stinginess on the part of NHS, it shows that the UK does NOT have "universal access" to "free" healthcare. In fact, the number of Brits who die annually as a result of NHS benevolence has been reported in the thousands. By the way, my personal fizz-zyshun is a refugee from Canada.
