I abstained from voting for McCain in '08. So I know your motivation. However, a Romney win coupled with a House majority would have been a conservative wind at everybody's back. Now we see Boehner maneuvering to neutralize the thrust of the 2010 elections faster than you can count votes in Florida. You just inadvertently gave the Rockefellar wing of the party the room to jointly expand government with the Dems.
