That would be limiting the number of children a family can have unless they need to be given free rein to reproduce because of religious reasons, perhaps because they have multiple wives and want them all to have as many children as they can bear or because they are muslim, but not because they are Mormon.

All I can say is that your rant was such a typical liberal move in that you stoop to attacking the messager because you can not refute the message that it really shouldn't be responded to at all, just flagged for removal which I have done.
