The GOP -- Not a Club For Christians

The Republican Party is not the "Christian Party." Rather, it is the only party that allows for Christian beliefs. I am a born-again, evangelical Christian, and I love the Republican Party. The Current Democratic Party's platform of replacing personal charity with government-forced redistribution of wealth is nowhere in Scripture. Furthermore, the Bible tells us that if a man won't work, he won't eat, but the Dems make countless allowances and handouts for those who won't work. There is no reconciling the Democratic Party with Christianity, since the Dem Party is based solely on theft and redistribution. This is why Christians gravitate toward the GOP. The GOP is a fitting home for all ethical people, including Christians. ...

The GOP is not the only party that allows for Christian beliefs---its the only party that dictates policy to follow the Old Testiment instead of the teachings of Jesus, to the detriment of the American people.

Wrong ! The democrat party has in it's official party platform support for infanticide (abortion),
sodomy (gay love/marriage), and Theft (wealth redistribution). All three of the aforementioned positions are sins against God. All violate the 10 commandments found in the Old Testament and
The 2 commandments found in the New Testament. God fearing Christians vote for Republicans because their official party platform is Pro-Life, Pro-Family, and Anti-Theft. The Republican Party is not the Christian party but rather the party of Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of happiness

...but it is not the "Christian Party."

In the scramble to make the GOP more diverse, a lot of people are looking at Asian Americans, whom many believe are a natural constituency for the party. I would love it if Asian Americans converted en masse to the Republican Party, but the challenge for Republicans is harder than many appreciate.

President Obama did spectacularly well with Asian Americans, garnering nearly three-quarters of their vote. This runs counter to a lot of conventional wisdom on both the left and the right. On average, Asian American family income is higher and poverty is lower than it is for non-Latino whites....
