Pamela, sorry, but you are incorrect. The left and the Democrats are the ones currently tearing the constitution to shreds, but the GOP have given them plenty of help over the years. Remember, no one - even the "sainted" Ron Paul - has said anything to oppose the lawless and illegitimate Obama, who is in office illegitimately and unconstitutionally. Silence in the face of wrongdoing is the same as assent.

Recall in October of 2009, when then-Speaker of the U.S House of Representatives Nancy Pelosi was asked about the formulation of the Obamacare bill, and she asked that very question of a reporter.  “Madam Speaker,” a reporter from CNSNews.com said to her, “where specifically does the Constitution grant Congress the authority to enact an individual health insurance mandate?”
