Infant mortality calculations don't mean the same in every country. In Europe, infants under a certain weight and height are not even factored into the rate nor are infants who died within 24 hours of birth. And here's the kicker, the UN uses 'social justice' or access to health care in their calculation. So single payer France gets a boost.
