My favorite was a few years ago when they tried a campaign that said Jesus was a vegetarian. They knew so little about Jesus, they didn't realize he ate Passover lamb, told stories about killing calves in celebrations, and eventually, became the sacrificial Lamb slain for the forgiveness of sins. Clueless.....

He also cleansed the temple where hundreds of animal sacrifices occurred every day. In the scriptures, animal sacrifices are called "an aroma pleasing to God."

In fact, Joseph and Mary went to the temple and offered the sacrifice of two young pigeons 8 days after His birth as was REQUIRED by thier faith.

Don't forget the miracle with the fish and loaves of bread.

PETA has been causing trouble for years, but in recent days we've seen them target children by comparing turkeys to the family dog, we've seen them beg President Obama to not pardon the turkey at the White House and now, they're trying to make the argument that hunting magazines are worse than porn.

People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) is encouraging national retailer Hudson News to put hunting magazines where children can’t see them -- because, “Like other forms of casual or thrill violence, hunting spawns a dangerous desensitization to the suffering of others.”
