NAACP Requires Photo I.D. to See Holder Speak in State Being Sued Over Voter ID

Perfectly understandable. The NAACP didn't want Holder's speech to be attended by felons, illegal immigrants, dead people, or cartoon characters.

Exactly. I'm OK with Obama winning re-election so long as it is the ACTUAL VOTERS and not busloads of convicted felons and the travelling clown cars of people who don't even live in this state going area to area voting 100x like he had last election. The true will of the actual people (actual qualified voters and citizens) trumps all other concerns and interests!

What, you mean something like how Franken won the Senate seat in Minnesota and the Minnesota Supreme Court let it stand? Only in a Dem state!

Hahahahahaha. You aren't okay with Obama winning. And that's exactly the tact that Conservatives take. Any time Republicans win an election, it's a mandate from "we the people," but when Dems win it's stolen by the crooks who voted eleventeen times.

Obama can never win an election fairly in the minds of Conservatives because when you only talk to other people who share your ideology it seems as though everyone thinks the way you do. And if everyone hates Obama, how could he have possibly won fairly, right?

Get over yourselves. Obama won the first time around on the strength of his message (and not by tricking uneducated voters), and will win reelection because many voters approve of the job he has done.

I am from Minnesota. We'd gladly give franken back to NY or Calif. That's who funded his campaign.

Earlier today, Attorney General Eric Holder addressed the NAACP Nation Convention at the George R. Brown Convention Center in Houston, Texas. What did media need in order to attend? That's right, government issued photo identification (and a second form of identification too!), something both Holder and the NAACP stand firmly against when it comes to voting. Holder's DOJ is currently suing Texas for "discriminatory" voter ID laws. From the press release:

All media must present government-issued photo I.D. (such as a driver’s license) as well as valid media credentials. Members of the media must RSVP to receive press...
