No, your brand of "compassion" turns out to be cruelty in one of its more subtle forms: playing to people's baser instincts and not tying work requirements or reasonable means testing, or any sort of voter or worker ID to anything, really which helps to keep your side in power but debases millions who might otherwise want to work and have stable families. Yes, your brand "works", pretty much by taking freedom and making people slaves in all but name. But please, continue with the name calling.

In light of the revelation that Mitt Romney was "shell-shocked" by his loss last week, I've been pretty tough on the job performance of his campaign's internal pollsters, who clearly missed the mark -- resulting in costly tactical decisions down the stretch:
