So, explain how it's not the same thing? Sorry, but we're not in liberaland here where saying something automatically bends reality to your will. Of course the average person isn't threatened by nearly as many people as our public officials, but the principle's the same: a person has a God (read: not government) given right to defend him or herself.

Outside the U.S. Conference of Mayors in Washington, DC, senior Talk Radio Network investigative reporter Jason Mattera asked New York City’s Mayor Bloomberg a simple question:

“In the spirit of gun control, will you disarm your entire security team?”
