A (Not So) Grand Bargain

OverDHill Wrote: Nov 02, 2012 9:34 AM
A "Grand Bargin". What do these poticical hack think we are stupid. A "grand bargin" is buying a car at Sal's Auto Palace from a guy name Vinne who was recommended by the brother in law of guy who just got out of the joint. The car is a beutiful Pinto, a one owner vehicle owned by a widow who lives in the neighborhood. It has with 90wt in the engine, peanut butter in the transmission, and duct tape on the heater hoses with a fresh paint job covering two gallons of bondo and screen wire passing for body work and "White Owl" new car smell. A "grand bargin" is something that gets slipped to you while your pants are around you ankles not a piece of legislation. Maybe not I guess they are the samething. Promised spending. No cuts.

What's the Real Race Issue Here?

OverDHill Wrote: Oct 08, 2012 10:58 AM
The real issue is Warren's honesty. It appears to be lacking with regard to her family tree. Take that of the table and look at her professional record. Her "scholarly" work does not meet universally accepted standards. She has practiced law without a license in Mass. Like most liberals in DC she is a liar. The country does not need another liar in DC.

Worse Than Death Panels

Standardized treatments prescribed my non-medically trained bureaucrats and administered by unionized workers. Sounds worse than the educational system. More deaths in the ER coming our way. Let some insensitive bottom of the barrel union nurse smart off to the family of a critically injured patient and hell will break loose. Stupidity the new normal.
An attack on freedom of speech by the left is not the least bit surprising. 1) Obama White House attempt to ban Fox as member of press corp. 2) Shrill efforts to ban conservative talk radio 3) Air America's abysmal failure to compete without suppression of competition. 4) Obama White House collusion with Media Matters. 5) Leftist journalist coordinating attack on Romney. 6) Leftist networks failure to cover "good news" coming from conservative and the right. 7) Leftist networks failure to cover "bad news" coming from the liberals and the left. Leftist, liberal and progressive "news organizations" longer even pretend to be journalists or refute claims that the are lap dogs for the White House.
Put the proceedings up on Youtube. Nothing like seeing Little Johnny's teacher acting badly in public to raise questions about what happens in the classroom. Public unions have to go particularly when the Democrats are killing jobs for the people who have to pay. It is obvious that the country is broke but the takers never stop taking. It the private sector there are consequences for failure to do the job............NO JOB. It is beyond me how members of private sector unions can support public hogs. Ever work on a school during the summer and have your trade union strike. Of course the teacher honored the picket they would never cross a line. At the end of a teacher strike they get all of their pay. The school year may be

The race card and the sexism card come from the same deck and are played by the same kind of people. They are on a hunting trip and alway find what they seek. Why in the world any man would be attracted to women who view him as the enemy is beyond reason. Why willingly go into a relationship that one side view the other with distain. Talk about a built in buzz kill. Better than man haters become woman lovers and avoid child rearing. Kids have a hard enough time growing up without be raised by a hater.

Loyal Democrat that is by far the most short sighted, simplistic and ignorant post I have seen in a long time. Why not do the same thing when people retire? Take the last year they worked and "make" them pay the same tax for the rest of their lives? If they don't pay call them cheats and throw them in prison until they die. Sound like something from the guys you worship, Stalin, Lenin, Mao. People will pay or they will flee. Once you have taken everything they have or will ever have there is no need for prison just send them to work camps and starve them to death as they toil at labor far below their potential. The money you get from them is current wealth (their savings) they will produce no future wealth. You kill the goose.

Chicago public schools will teach them to find the welfare office, the ER at the hospital and the food line. They already know where the Nike store is. At most of the government offices they can find an employee to fill out the paperwork they can't read.

Sounds like a Tea Party position. If the bastards won't reign in spending vote them out.
Which party marginalized the entire population by not passing a budget in 4 years. Hint Harry Reid belongs to it. The main issues on the public mind are the jobs, the debt, gas prices, home prices and spending. If people concerned about paying for Sandra Fluke's $3000 / 3 year need for rubbers, Tax funded transgender operations and abortions and Ann Romney's horse they are so far removed from reality that they have marginalized them selves.
