This is bogus. There are so few cases of voter fraud that it is obvious this 'solution' is designed to help the GOP tamp down the poor, non-white vote. Shame!

we know that the level of voter fraud IS significant - need to find a new talking point. Already eliminated talking points for the opposition to VOTER ID are: 1. Too difficult for some and 2. not enough fraud to make a difference. Find some new points.

How do you know this? I live in Illinois, and it is a fact they vote from the graveyard in Chicago. Why is it you think this is somehow against minorities? Are you some kind of racist? In my community just about everyone has a driver's license no matter their race. Please cite PROOF that this somehow disenfranchises minorities.

That's exactly it! Because we ALL know that non-whites in this country are not allowed to get IDs.

"Out" - please explain how voter ID tamps down the non-white vote. Please just explain how that works, because I truly do not understand where folks such as yourself are coming from. I have never seen a clear explanation, and since you are so sure, you must understand it, right?

BS, Cite your proof. Shame on you for lying. Chicao, Black panthers holding clubs at the polls. Acorn out forging voter cards. We are not trying to stop the "non-white" from voting. We just want the citizens to prove who they are. Why do the demos have to bus people to vote? To rack up their numbers.

Welcome to the first "The Week in ID Checks." Each Friday from now until the election, I will be keeping track of where and how many times I am asked to present government issued photo identification during the week as Attorney General Eric Holder continues his quest to squash Voter ID laws across the country. Now, I am well aware the argument that the following activities are not constitutional rights will be made (voting is a right), but the point is, when I am asked to present photo identification it is simply because I am required to prove who I...
