Good old Illinois, only place where they don't need term limits for their politicians. They have prison terms instead. How cool is that ??? Plea begging gets him off with 5 years , not enough. His wife should be put away also, she is no better than he is. Why do you people in Illinois keep electing these people ??, maybe it is time you tried something else.
