No moron! Mitt's plan is for lower rates across the board with a broader base, meaning EVERYONE pays taxes. It also does away with loop holes (mostly for high earners)... That equals higher revenues as it did every time it was tried I.E. in 1961 by JFK, in the mid eighties when Reagan did it and again (this one will shock ignorant libs like you) when GW Bush did it in his his first term. Each time federal revenues increased. I suspect that concept would upset people who don't contribute and more so people who only take handouts.... Are you one of them?
