I still see evidence that this country will never change for the better.
The only way I will change my opinion is until minorities receive a level playing field when it come to resources period.
I don't care much for what " White America" view me as,but the truth hurts and if the shoe fit wear it.

Racism will forever be present and will never be erase.
We still are judge by the pigment of our skin instead of our character.
You can say that as propaganda purposes that we have a "black or African-American " president,but look what hand he was dealt with when he came in office?
When you look at unemployment figures,financial, and Corporate America you still see and hear the "good ole boys".
You can scream diversity because a white or Caucasian American has place a minority or hired many minority that it is "diversified" , but look at the playing field far as upward mobility.

It's not a matter of qualification no more, I have personally witness a minority over look for a position of authority due to skin...
