Well, I'll play along, sans insults. What do you propose? A sort of comedy police that makes sure that any satire is fair and balanced? Perhaps someone in standards and practices "keeping score?" Because policing of entertainment content sounds suspiciously like what a lot of Communist nations practiced, no?
