Carbon not Culprit in Global Warming, Science Is Say Scientists

For those who believe in AGCCC (anthropogenic global catastrophic climate change, TM) which would make more sense: 1) spend more money on climate change studies and supercomputers for modeling. ---------OR--------- 2) build more fission powerplants, and put more money into fusion research.

Oh the Global warming nuts will ALL clamor for MORE funding and DON'T FORGET they will also call for MORE restrictions on industry, Coal, AND PEOPLE (EXCEPT them of course).

Meanhile rvacman asks why we hate our kids, 'cause we don't believe in AGCCC(TM). We do however believe that our 16++trillion dollar debt and 1++trillion deficit are "unsustainable" and will impact our children, grandchildren, etc, etc much more than a rise or fall in ocean level that will occur over decades (if at all).

Are you serious, or is this supposed to be satire?

@Colonialgirl: agreed.. Its very telling that anything that smacks of debate around the science of Global Warming is not met with debate, but rather character assassination of the folks raising the questions. That, in itself, is an indicator that the debate is not centered on the truth, but rather on a political agenda.

@rvacman: I can see you weren't trained in science.. And trying to insult folks here by calling the 'FOXTITUES' only proves that you can only resort to character assassination to make your points, not science. As I said above.. quote me the NOAA and USGS papers that prove your points and we'll talk.

Don't you think it's a little odd that global warming stopped after we passed Hansen's tipping point?

You sad little caveman, even the most alarmist of global warming projections isn't going to doom humanity—a few million people will die, at the absolute most. Drop in the bucket.

And it still hasn't been adequately demonstrated that it's happening at all.

A new paper that recently replaced the old paper that settled the science of global warming is now out - and not a moment too soon, either.

Because the new paper essentially says: “Um, guys? Never mind.” :/).

Ok, they don't really say that, but actually they really do.

“Sea level rise is one of the big issues of global warming. It could potentially swamp coastal cities or make them far more vulnerable to storms, such as Hurricane Katrina,” says Science World Report, apparently a wholly owned division of Wayne’s World Publishing, operating under the motto...
