This has been two weeks now of self-inflicted wounds and unforced errors. But it's pretty clear which one will have legs that last until November. As clear as what it means when a campaign starts making a series of unforced errors ...

I'm sure we could all have highlight reels of our conversational gaffes, but part of the downside to being president (you know, the job where you hang out with celebrities all the time) is that your gaffes can often have national, or, in some cases, international repercussions.
