Set your deductions so you collect all your money throughout the year without letting the government draw interest off it and then threaten to withhold the refund if you don't buy insurance. With that threat gone, what is left? I believe in insurance personally but that's the only reason I buy it; not because the "govmint" tells me I have to.

Look at England's NHS. It has become a 2 tiered system where the masses get rationed care and slaughtered by the thousands. The wealthy pay cash for healthcare and if they have cancer or other serious diseases, they come to America where the chances of survival are much higher than is for the sucker masses who are expected to die quietly while bureaucrats deny them care.

Come 2014, you'll have to pay a tax if you're uninsured -- but how exactly it's going to work is still getting sorted out. The IRS isn't sure how many people they'll have to hire, or how much implementation will end up costing:
