I have been on both sides of the table, first union then management, and what you say is very true, these were most talked about, except when loaning out an employee to another dept. for a short time, and if the employee complained, we went to the table and worked it out...unions don't work that way any my 27 years, only had three strikes and none lasted over 14 days.....
