Yes, there might be a little "greed" in investments, but that's what creates businesses and jobs. Union greed and unreasonable Big Government regulations is what closes down businesses or drives them overseas. Unions and Big Government restrict the rights of businesses and the rights of people to seek gainful employment. You might need a lesson in economics.
