For over 60 years as an adult, I have heard government 'experts' at all levels come up with 'solutions' to problems. Always they tell us that the 'benefits' will outweigh the small costs and that there will be 'improvement' usually within 2 or 3 years. I can not think of a single 'solution' that performed as 'explained' or cost as little as proclaimed. Each 'government solution' I can think of has cost astronomically more that 'proclaimed' and all have produced problems that also were attempted to be 'fixed' with 'government solutions', seemingly ad infinitum ad nauseum AND the ORIGINAL problem still exists or is worse.
