After being sent a recent "man on the street" interview, conducted by Howard Stern, I'm not a bit surprised that too many people buy into "unfairly" low tax rate. Heck! The hand full of interviewees, didn't know bin Laden was dead, or that Romney wasn't black. Mitt Romney had already PAID income taxes on the money he invested..... The government is taking a second dip with the capital gains tax! How is his being taxed TWICE "Fair:. Had just as soon he keep all of those gains, and direct it to the charities or initiatives he sees fit! He's an astonishingly generous and genuinely decent man! He has my vote!

Actually, in Romney's case, it is a "THIRD pass of the tax machine".
He paid taxes on the money invested.
35% corporate taxes were on the money before Romney got it.
15% capitol gains tax was paid by Romney after he got a return from his investment.
If "journalism malpractice" were a crime, Nancy Grace would not be able to keep track of all the trials.
