The issue of immigration should be looked at from a human rights perspective as well as an economic perspective. People have a right to migrate, otherwise California would NOT allow Californians to move to Texas or Nevada. People have a right to EMPLOY anyone they want - it's THEIR money. Immigration helps the economy by increasing the pool of labor for the low-skill market, which helps release much-needed American labor for other endeavors. This is an economic axiom.

Immigration lead to the highest level of productive output in American history, during the late 1800s to the early part of the 20 Century all the way to the late 20s. Immigration is good for the economy because it increases the Division of Labor and provides the added productivity of Comparative Advantage.
