15.3% (both halves) assume someone is earning a paycheck for labor. Buffet is either making all his income from munis or he is "stretching the truth a bit". I support gas taxes to pay for roads, not for general fund spending. If taxes are needed: 1) sell the public & 2) demonstrate some spending restraint.

Actually he does make a great deal of his money from munies (as well as underwriting insurance and owning Geico).....but he just bailed out of his holding in all the states that followed Slumbama's orders (on Buffet's advice) and jacked spending and taxes because he knows they are all getting downgraded because of the debt burdens....Cali, Illinois, etc.
