Don't know where you got your figures. If they were true, the government would be rolling in dough today (and throughout the last 12 years). The figures I have from a recent handout received at a local forum show receipts on the Federal level at about 19% of GDP over the years, expenditures at 20%. Are you looking at figures that included local/state level impact?
