Here is ANOTHER item in our budget that we can cut and gut. Why are we giving people money to persecute a man who passed almost 600 drug tests? I have only had to pass one and after I did no one said I did the dope anyway. They believed the test. Remove their funding. If they want to do this let them do it on their own money. Just like Planned Parenthood. Let them use their own money and not mine.

Lance Armstrong, one of the greatest endurance athletes of modern times, who won the grueling Tour de France bicycle race a record seven consecutive times from 1995 to 2005, has been stripped of all awards and prizes he won during his storied cycling career.
