There is no law so settled that it can't be repealed. Many bad laws need to be.
Why should the people who own the tv and radio stations be required to donate free time for political ads?

I have always believed that places of business should be able to put a sign on the door saying "smoking" or "non-smoking". Anyone caught smoking in a non-smoking place should be punished. As for the smoking places, if you don't like the smoke, don't go there.

While the proper term is magazine, movies an TV have used the term clip so often that most people know what is meant when the word clip is used. Personally, I would be more worried about the Government limiting the size of magazines than people using the term clip.
Where is it hard for kids to get their hands on alcohol? It never has been in any part of the country I have lived in.
Congress doesn't need to focus on job creation. Just get out of the way.
He also needs to understand what the tern "well regulated" meant. Hint- it had nothing to do with government regulations.

You also have to remember that the purpose of punishment is to try and stop the crime from ever happening. It will never work 100% because some don't care what the cost is and some believe they will never be caught. With others, however, the fear of punishment will keep them from committing the crime.
Many family farms were built up by the children working along with their parents. But when it becomes time for them to inherit what they helped build, the government takes almost half.
