In the spook business your tale is an Information 5. From Atlanta to Savannah and from there up through the Carolina----a decisive campaign-------less than 5000 human beings died. Let us not concern ourselves with fighting women and children at Shiloh., which is where Shermans reputation was made. Then there was Sherman springing the Navajo from the deathtrap at Bosque Redondo. And his restoring of the Texas Rangers. etc etc. I find your comments scurrilous enough to belong on the Rockwell thread. Go there instead.

I don't know much about the "spook business," but in any business where facts are in any way important, y our claim is utterly ridiculous.

--Let us not concern ourselves with fighting women and children at Shiloh., which is where Shermans reputation was made.--
And the South struck with almost complete surprise because of Sherman's incompetence at Shiloh.

--Then there was Sherman springing the Navajo from the deathtrap at Bosque Redondo.--
Which he was sent to do. Of course, this is also the guy who developed the Winter Campaign, so I think I'll refrain from holding any celebrations for his love of the Native American.

--And his restoring of the Texas Rangers.--
During which he committed more of the genocide he had practiced against Southerners, and suffered a devastating defeat when the attorneys hired to defend two indians (Satanta and Big Tree) actually decided to defend them instead of take part in the show trials that Sherman was used to.

First, I'm not going anywhere. This is a page defending freedom, and it's obvious that your dedication to it is less than mine, so perhaps you should leave.

Second, it's too bad that you find the facts scurrilous. I find your support of a terrorist scurrilous.
