Larry nails it, as usual. Palin is not necessarily his choice for top office. But, he can easily defend her resume, in comparison to those of so many liberal Democrats. The Left and the RINO/Arrogant Right detest Palin, and it's become comical. They have become as predictable as a Tina Fey impression of Palin. I get the left hating Palin, she's everything they detest. But, the RINO/Arrogant Right like Collins (Palin is happy being a celebrity on Fox tv comment this week), Rove, Graham, McCain's staff, etc., all need to take a good hard look in the mirror..... Palin did not cost you the Senate majority. Do your math, you had to win several seats, not 1 or 3, to do that. Moreover, the same figures complaining about Palin did...
Colbert, he's funny. Sometimes. But, at least, he isn't as self absorbed as Stewart. Sadly, an entire generation takes what they say daily as 'fact'. Whereas, if I see Sean, I know it's an opinion show, I know Glenn is too. Then again, what is Katie and what is 60 Minutes...is that really 'news' these days? Or just more left wing slanting of the world events. Oh well......
Did he get this bent ouf ot shape over the MSNBC-CNN-CBS-BBC-NBC-NY Times-LA Times-Time-Newsweek constant blabbering, hammering, attacking, slaughtering treatment of George W. Bush for 8 years? From Rather's lies aired as 'news', to the regular anti-Bush author lineup on 60 Minutes (why isn't Woodward on w/the new book on Obama-hmmm), to the 24/7 down poll number liners, to well, anything....Keith, Chris, Rachel, Moore, Hollywood, and real 'anchors' presenting opinion as 'news'. No, he didn't say much then. Glenn Beck, who they assumed would get an audience in DC of 12, ends up with over half a million people there....and all of a sudden, it's not right, it's not fair, it is all hysterical nonsense! Oh no.... Jon was once an...

NRSC Hits Chris Coons

Nice to see - for the moment- the RNC & GOP establishment - remembered the opponent is not O'Donnel, not Palin, not DeMint, not Rush or Fox or the 'little people' who think they can have a voice too.........it's the Democrat Coons, the Obama team guy, Bidens buddy, the tax raising politician. Run against him. This years races are about three things: jobs & economy & Obama far left policies shoved down our throats. O'Donnell is not my ideal candidate. But, I get why she won, & if she can define her campaign, & not let others define her entirely - she has a shot. As any Republican has in a liberal state - a shot. Watch out for Biden and Obama hammering the state to hold that VP seat.
Is O'Donnell a perfect candidate? No, far from it. BUT, she ran a better campaign, struck a chord w/the voters, and worked her tail off. The GOP Old Boy Network tried, and lost the race. Get over it. Rover & Krauthammer may be right in the end, so what? The same 'go w/the safe choice' teams gave us Chafee & Crist selections, result w/that? Exactly. Electing another safe RINO pick gets us another Hagel or Collins more than not. As for O'Donnell, dont' whine, don't be Palin-lite, get out there, answer the questions, speak up for yourself, & get going against the Democrat, hit him on taxes, taxes, and jobs, and oh yeah, jobs. Let him run on Obama.

Hillary Fed Up?

Hillary should have stayed in the Senate, she
could have been the John McCain to Obama...sticking it to him every chance she had,
& yet, still a liberal Democrat. As it is, she
was run over by the Czars and Special Envoys, and
her husband.

Who cares about Hillary?

She should have written a book about the campaign quickly, and done tv, and got out there.
Perhaps, she still will.

I wish Hillary were back on the campaign trail
bashing Obama daily.........give it a go Hill.

43% of Americans Like Palin, 52% Dislike

With the 12 months of Palin Hate "News' Coverage, that's not too bad.

Personally, I think she can do more good for
conservative policy ideas as a non-candidate.
Write books, speak, and appear on tv. Reagan
bided his time for many years, on radio and tv
and in print.

If David Brooks and Rachel Maddow are on the
same page ('she's a joke' as a candidate)....
then, she's doing something right. She sucks
all the oxygen out of the room, and the serious
candidates for 2012 lose steam fast. I would
rather she not run in 2012.

I would also rather see David Brooks do what
Arlen Spector did - fess up, you're as conservative or Republican as he is. Do it David, you will feel better! Dislike...

Yes, Nancy looked stunned, at least her face
'tried' to look stunned. It can't move much.

Michelle too. She is mad all the time.

Can we ever see one of those 'letters' the
elected officials supposedly get?

Obama, blame Bush, blame tax cuts, blame two
wars he's doing pretty much what Bush did for
8 years right now, and blame Bush again. Howa
bout your own party and the lobbyists they
pander to.

I have expected cheers for Teddy Kennedy to go up!

I don't agree w/what Wilson did, just based
on decorum & respect for the office. But, I
don't think what he did was any worse than the
nonsense, rudeness, and downright nastiness
the Democrats threw at Bush for 8 years...

Wash Po: Republicans Are Divided

OC PAT Wrote: Dec 01, 2009 2:10 PM
So, doesn't that mean the monolithic,
non-thinking, white as Wonder bread,
tow the line Republican Party is actually
full of people with, uh, maybe, uh,
differing views on different issues!

Oh my!

You mean, they think! For themselves!
They can agree on one issue, say, fiscal
conservatism, and differ on social issues,
or vice versa?

Wow! That's not divided, that's a party
with real healthy debate, arguing, and
bargaining within the ranks. Fine with me.

The truly one line only party is the Democratic
Party. Follow the generally far left liberal
line, or you're a right wing nut. See Joe
Lieberman for what happens when you dare
question the DNC line.
