The Home Office only counts a "crime" after a conviction in court, that helps them show a lower rate to keep from alarming the sheep. No. Gun Violence is NOT THE PROBLEM, the problem is violent CRIME. Murder is not nicer if it is committed with a chainsaw than a gun, robbing a gas station is not less illegal if it is done with a knife than a gun. Rape is not less of a crime if the victim is beaten into submission with a club rather than threatened with a gun. Make the punishment fit the crime instead of making up new crimes out of thin air.
