I'll believe this when I see it on mainstream TV ... I don't believe McConnell has the grit, guts and determination or support to do this. I conjecture that he's only playing "Conservative" in order to win his 2014 re-election. As soon as he's got it, he'll go back to being Mr Mushmouth. OH HOW I WISH HE'D PROVE ME WRONG.

Government got into the "marriage" business ONLY to make money. SCOTUS could just declare Marriage to be under the jurisdiction of the churches and change the 'marriage contract' that States and Counties sell to a Business style contract between two entities. Then "Divorce Lawyers" would become "Business Lawyers." Wouldn't that resolve the problem? I really don't believe Congress expected Marriage to become Licensed ... we buy Hunting Licenses, Drivers Licenses, Fishing Licenses and Business Licenses ... WHY are we forced to purchase a Marriage License?

It's time for South Carolina to put the "Term Limits" on Sen Lindsey Graham in 2014. The question is will they or will they just vote him back in and then complain for another 6 years?

That McCain's people were hired and helped Mitt Romney LOSE the election is not often mentioned. McCain should be retired by the Voters ... but until they grow up and get informed, he'll grow old as the RINO from Arizona who, but for his ego, could have been President and who helped Mitt Romney lose an election.

The Federal Government needs a good housecleaning ... but low-information voters think we need 'term limits' ... we HAVE 'term limits' ... they're called Elections ... and until voters get educated, we will be stuck with the dirty House and Senate we currently have. CAVEAT: Not everyone in the House or Senate is 'dirty' and needs to be 'cleaned out' ... some are some good Constitutional Conservatives who have been brow-beaten by their own leaders and believe they can do more internally than they can by getting themselves 'un-elected' ... as happened to the erudite Lt Col Allen West.

Instead of ObamaCare, the Federal Government could have stepped in and written a bill allowing all health insurance carriers to sell insurance across State lines. This would result in lowering the cost of health care and making it more affordable for everyone. The SECOND thing the Federal Government could do is to change MedicAID into a Major Medical policy for adults and children over the age of six or so. No SSI payment for anyone under the age of 65 unless that person was institutionalized and then the institution would get the SSI and not the person. BUT lobbyists rule until we can abolish the 17th Amendment.

Who speaks for Unborn Women? Who protects the Rights of Unborn Women? Why is it that people who are Pro-Abortion are already born? If they're truly Pro-Abortion they should prove it. I'm against suicide. However, I'll make an exception for Pro-Abortion advocates who are willing to prove their dedication to their cause and perform their own Post-Birth Abortion.

You might be a Liberal if you fear stigmatizing the mentally ill more than you fear another mass murder. But who makes the judgment call on who and what constitutes mental illness. Wasn't same sex predilection once considered a mental illness? We need better methods of determining who is truly 'mentally ill' ... because if I had my way, every flaming Liberal would be declared mentally incompetent to handle a gun OR to receive armed protection. After all, the hypocrisy of being 'anti-gun' and then paying a private agency [or having the Government provide] for armed protection is a sure sign of a severe and deep mental psychosis. The solution: Return the 2nd Amendment to full standing with universal Open Carry.
