Well, he is a big joke.
Very salient points throughout. I need to point out, however, an error of fact: The Sudenten German-speakers were never part of or ruled by any "German" government....they lived in western Bohemia which at the time of the sell-out was part of Czechoslovakia and, prior to the treaties that ended WW I, was part of the Austria-Hungarian Empire. The Western democracies fell for the "big lie" that the Sudentens were historically part of Germany.
OMG - Is the truth out? "I have ....people who..... that's why I ran....." Truly god-like to care so for his pipples. Note he will provide 'health care', not merely insurance. Perhaps he is a physician, as well.
Good points. I'm sure there are several cable stations that would bid high for the show.
Sometimes the title - or the previews - give the substance away.
I think the main point VDH makes went over your head. Given 1914 or late 1930s-style pieces of paper co-signed with the great satan (and other infidels) and commandments from higher authority, to whom will a theocracy owe allegience?
Perhaps Ann Kirschner's CUNY is NOT one of the "great universities".

Forrest was a uneducated (i.e. self-taught) military genius. Controversy surrounds his wartime and post Civil War actions. Massacres of POWs and Union sympathsizers were alleged, investigated, affirmed, proven false, re-investigated, etc, etc. I think the jury is still out on his involvement with the Klan. In the interests of historical justice, my take is he is still innocent until proven guilty. "Fiend" seems a little harsh.
