Iran is a signatory to the non-proliferation treaty. Israel is not. Israel is a rogue state, and the hypocrite Nitwityahoo has some nerve.

They have been for a long time.

OTOH,Israel has never threatened anybody.
Israel is also 1000 miles away from Iran,Iran has NO justifiable beef with Israel.
