(but then perhaps it is not) It seems not to be the case for one group that has insufficient insight while in this land of milk and honey to implement 'change' and thus 'reform' their ways so as to achieve. In 90% of cases blacks are too extensively damaged by Kindergarten to ever be anything different than that molded by their dysfunctional parents and communities. Busing has not resolved this problem and never will. The final solution deemed appropriate and applied nationwide by school boards and K-12 educators is to effect gross dumb-down of course material to accommodate this element of society. So doing has not had any beneficial effect since 1965.

For decades, collectivist agitators in our schools have chipped away at academic excellence in the name of fairness, diversity and social justice. "Progressive" reformers denounced Western civilization requirements, the Founding Fathers and the Great Books as racist. They attacked traditional grammar classes as irrelevant in modern life. They deemed ability grouping of students (tracking) bad for self-esteem. They replaced time-tested rote techniques and standard algorithms with fuzzy math, inventive spelling and multicultural claptrap.
