VOTING... A RIGHT OR MORE APPROPRIATELY AN EARNED PRIVILEGE It should only ever be an earned privilege bestowed upon those able to pass mandatory tests on world and US history, elements of the Declaration of Independence, the US Constitution and the Bill of Rights along with all Amendments. Only those persons, regardless of race, that are confirmed citizens and over the age of 21 that pass such a comprehensive test should be allowed to vote. This should apply to all elections... local, county, state and federal. No exceptions.

Applying the above will prevent many who should never be elected from ever serving in office... a truly good thing. No longer would school boards, local government, state legislatures and Congress be laden by the many unworthy individuals elected to office placed there by self serving dysfunctionals and the ever unknowing.
"What the president's campaign did was focus on certain members of his base coalition, give them extraordinary financial gifts from the government and then work very aggressively to turn them out to vote, and that strategy worked."

Thus did political analyst Mitt Romney identify the cause of his defeat in a call to disconsolate contributors.

Republicans piled on. "Completely unhelpful," Gov. Bobby Jindal told Wolf Blitzer. We don't advance the "debate by insulting folks."

"A terrible thing to say," Chris Christie told Joe Scarborough. "You can't expect to be the leader of all the people and be divisive."

Oh. Was not...
