IT BEGAN IN 1965 DURING THE TIME OF HIPPIES AND WAS FUELED BY... 'GREAT' SOCIETY PROGRAMS To date these programs have cost this nation.... 22 Trillion dollars. It is these programs that have made blacks... 'dependent'... which when combined with their refusal to renounce Ebonics thus damages their offspring to such extensive degree by age six that such results in most being then too damaged to ever recover. The outcome is cyclic and generational 'dependency'. The above drives abusive behaviors and absurd street drug laced ruinous lifestyles resulting in lifetime utter dysfunctionality.

The above is why this nation, today, has a 16.7 Trillion dollar National Debt that was near ZERO in 1965. It was not created due to wars and the Regan military buildup (lasted six years and collectively cost 180 Billion dollars resulting since then in a 5 Trillion dollars peace dividend since the collapse of the USSR).

Democrats squandered the 5 Trillion dollars 'peace dividend' since 1989 via the ever amping of social programs which includes welfare and food stamps along with a plethora of others that had morphed from Great Society Programs imposed since 1965.

The Reagan peace dividend... 5 Trillion dollars since 1989.. was not instead used to pay down the National Debt.
