There may have been a few "republicans" that liked the idea that Obama did not get his way in that matter. But to be real, I think your perception of republicans is just that, a perception on your part based on your belief of republican disposition and thoughts. You base those assumptions on false information and left wing propoganda. Some sources of that propoganda are: moveon.org, the Daily Kos, Media Matters and most of the Obama campagin material. In reality, Americans (republicans included there) were just as disappointed as you about the Chicago Olympics. I mean if you are really interested in the truth of the matter.

 Aggregated at Twitchy are a selection of tweets from small business owners who have been forced, unwillingly, to fire employees in order to survive a second Obama term. Perhaps one of the most poignant was this: "This morning dad was sad because he knew he'd have to lay off people due to ObamaCare costs. #ThanksObama."

There are larger businesses already announcing layoffs, as well. Among those doing so just in the 48 hours since President Obama was reelected are:
