Build the stinking fence. The "Fence" should consist of 2 parallel fences with "really sharp stuff" on top. They should be separated by about 25 yards (meters). Land mines should be planted in between the fences with plenty of warning sighs in about 25 selected languages with Spanish in letters twice the size of the others. The boarder patrol just needs to monitor for explosions to 1) repair damage and replace mines; 2) stop cartel and others from coming through damaged sections of fence. The problem is that our politicians want these people here.
