Are you kidding??? The government will spend in on new spending. After all, there are still many more people that need to be bought off for their votes as wards of the state. There are also many more of the ruling elite and their cronys that need to get wealthy to run the communist/socialist paradise of poverty and economic stagnation for the rest of us poor slobs that don't know any better. Perhaps you don't know the history of the Soviet Union. All of the useful idiots that wanted the brave new society were either killed or sent to the gulag for reeducation. I really don't understand the fascination you liberals have with ideas that bring such death and misery to so many.
